Hi, I'm Stef!
My mission in this life is to empower others to find happiness, confidence and freedom.
Since my childhood, I experienced a great deal of suffering and trauma. I was blessed to meet some amazing people (including myself!) who helped me see the light at the end of the tunnel. I intend to share some of my blessings and help create happiness.
My Story
I was born in Italy and was blessed to have an amazing mother who brought me up feeding me with nourishing, delicious homemade dishes, made with natural, organic, local foods.
I attended Waldorf school, which profoundly deepened my spiritual connection, intuition, connection and awareness of myself, and creativity.
I spent my life living in close contact with nature and learning for myself just how powerful and important this connection is.
Unfortunately, my father fell ill when I was four, and the downwards trend lead to his death when I was fourteen. I loved my father very much and losing him led to a severe breakdown. I suffered from anxiety and depression for years.
I spent many years finding and healing myself, and I now wish to share my knowledge, experience and guidance to help those who feel ready, or a need, to move away from suffering and step into happiness.
